Narcissism in the Workplace and its Effects on an Organization

This report explores the relationship between narcissism and unethical conduct in an organization by answering two questions: (1) In what ways does narcissism affect an organization?, and (2) What is the relationship between narcissism and the financial industry? Research suggests the overall conclusion that narcissistic individuals directly influence the identity of an organization and how it behaves. Ways to address these issues are shown using Enron as a case study example.
